Owner
Born & Raised in Palestine, Texas, Chad comes from a 3rd generation oilfield family. With over 20 years oilfield experience, Chad brings many levels of expertise and knowledge to the table. He has worked his way up the ladder from starting his career as a labor hand to current business owner. His professionalism & hard-working attitude has been a true asset in the growth of BWS Services. Chad is married to Kasey, and has 3 children, Ellee, Casen, and Remi Kate Commander.

BLAKE REED
Owner
With over 12 years of oilfield Inspection experience, Blake brings the knowledge needed to help the inspection division flourish. He is true asset to the team & is 3rd generation oilfield, being that his father & grandfather both worked all their lives in the industry. Blake uses professionalism & integrity each day which is a true asset to the growth of the company. Blake has 3 children, Kylie, Korie, and Bowen Reed.
